This was my first experience with fiber and I found it to be easy to mix into yogurt and actually enjoy the taste. It also mixes with coconut water smoothly. It’s easy to digest, does not give me gas or other negative side effects. I liked it, but thinking I might be missing something, tried another brand, which was too heavy, tastes awful, was more expensive and gave me an embarrassing amount of gas.I am ditching that product and coming back to this one. I think it’s great

It is a fiber product so I don't expect it to dissolve or create a clear liquid. I put a tbs into a pint mason jar, add water and shake it well and then drink it. There are usually a few undispersed pieces, but they are fun, actually. It tastes decent, modest and is not sweetened (not sure where people saw that it has Stevia? It does not seem so from the list of ingredients).I use it only occasionally, not on a routine base but have ordered it several times now. This seems to be a decent product. The ingredients all sound good, if the list is true then it is the best in the market.

I have esophageal motility issues (can’t swallow capsules, etc) and I’ve tried a number of fiber supplements that I had to discard because they stick in my throat and/or cause flatulence or have me racing to the bathroom. This supplement does none of these things, even from day one. I add it to my morning fruit and veggie smoothie and it is very well-tolerated. Because I am consuming it in a smoothie, I do not notice a taste, pleasant or unpleasant. I knocked off a star only because it’s a bit pricey.

I put a heaping tablespoon of this fiber in a tall glass of water that I drink every single morning along with a scoop of pure ascorbic acid (vitamin c), power shot (a mix of organic super greens), a scoop of pre-workout on the days that I lift heavy, a scoop of BCAA powder on the days that I do cardio, 5 drops of vitamin D3/K2 and 3 drops of Iodine. I blend it with my little hand mixer and use it to take all my morning supplements with my breakfast. I have been drinking this mixture every day for over two years now and I swear by it. While I take LOTS of other supps, eat healthy and exercise, I feel like my morning drink is a key to how I've been able to go over 2 years without ever getting so much as the sniffles, and I'm as regular as regular can be!As for the fiber itself, it's very easy to mix, is tasteless and doesn't clump. I love the organic ingredient list and feel like it helps me keep my gut happy. Yes, this will settle in the bottom if you let it sit for very long, but that's just par for the course with pretty much any fiber powder so I don't think it's worth docking a star. I just use my little hand mixer or swirl it manually in the cup every 3 to 4 sips and that keeps it evenly distributed. If you're looking for a good fiber supplement, I can highly recommend this one!I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else. Opted to purchase this fiber supplement because Garden of Life has decided to discontinue their (far superior) raw organic fiber supplement. I need a non-psyllium replacement so opted for this as there isn’t much else on the market. I never tasted anything so gross. Absolute awful fake orange flavor - this is like those people who use heavy fragranced air fresheners in a freshly used (recently pooped in) bathroom. Just layering horrible and fake fragrances (flavors) to mask a reality of life. Would the supplement taste “not fun” without the orange and stevia flavorings? Probably. But the fake flavor and sweetener that GofL has opted to use takes this product to a next level of disgusting. Advice to Garden of Life: get rid of the fake flavors - no one takes fiber for the “joy” of it. But even more importantly - bring back the Raw Fiber supplement which is a far superior product on all counts. At this point I’m just going to invest heavily in Coconut Cult for my fiber/probiotic needs. This is ridiculous.

Overall, I like the product. However, it does NOT match its description. In bold print, the package label says that it is, "Clear, Odorless, Unflavored..." and "Dissolves easily and mixes clearly." None of these claims are even remotely true. I usually try to mix mine in 16oz of water by adding it straight into the water bottle and then shaking profusely. I can NEVER get all of it to dissolve no matter how hard and long I shake. So, I tried mixing it in a cup with a spoon and then returning it to the bottle and it was just as difficult. The sediment at the bottom of the cup was my 2nd attempt to mix it after there were still clumps of product floating around in the water bottle. It does have a flavor, but I'm not sure what it is. I mix mine with flavored water and it changes the taste to a green tea like flavor, which I like so that's ok for me. I don't know what plain water would taste like after adding this mix. It does have an odor...to me, kind of an oat smell, but not overbearing. It clearly has color. It looks like murky lake water. The effects on me are good, so it works well for me. I don't mind the flavor, so that's why I still gave it 3 stars. It's just that the packaging is misleading regarding its appearance. I will continue to purchase it though because it does meet my nutritional needs.

I bought this because I wanted to add fiber to my diet but not just the plain old Metamucil kind of fiber. This has extra ground up stuff in it that seemed to me like a good alternative. As for the "no flavor" aspect of it... well, I find that it definitely has flavor... like chewing on cardboard... so it's not all that pleasant to just drink it in water but honestly I don't mind at all since it's just one glass of water with this stuff in it per day and it works wonders. So I will definitely be buying this over and over for several years to come. I think you probably wouldn't even notice it if you put it in yogurt and ate it instead of drinking it but I haven't tried that yet.
