Taking a few swings I can feel the difference between my arms not moving together. My hands get a little flip at the bottom. With this strap that doesn’t happen. Don’t know if I can grain that in but that’s up to me. For the price try it well worth it if you have arms that don’t work together.

Just spend the extra money for the better brand/construction
Yellow wrist aid was too large for my shafts which are standard. Wrist strap is flimsy and allows your wrist to bend regardless. Dual arm strap is for smaller armed people.
