I found the book very interesting when explaining the different types of body languages and their meanings. The author explains not only what the body language says about a person but also how to correct our body language when people like myself have "resting grumpy posture." The author goes on to explain why being able to read body language is important and clears up the misconceptions of body reading. Overall, I enjoyed the read.

I was introduced to body language at a small business class years ago. I did further research and discovered this book. My husband & I buy it for every high school graduate we know. Not a lot of boring detail like other books.
