Perfect Protein Snack for Any Pantry
I recently ordered the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water, 3.75 oz Can (Pack of 12), and I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase! As someone who loves a quick, healthy snack or meal option, these wild-caught sardines have quickly become a staple in my pantry. The taste is fantastic—clean, mild, and not overly fishy, which I really appreciate since they’re packed in water. It lets the natural flavor of the sardines shine through without any heavy oils or sauces overpowering them. They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious! Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. The 3.75 oz cans are just the right size for a single serving, and the pack of 12 means I’m stocked up for weeks. I also love that they come in a nice, sturdy box, so you don’t have to store them loosely in your cupboard unless you want to—it keeps everything neat and organized, which is a thoughtful touch. The cans are easy to open with a pull-tab, and I’ve had no issues with leaks or damage during shipping—everything arrived in perfect condition. One thing I love is how versatile they are. Whether I’m eating them plain, adding them to a recipe, or packing them for a quick on-the-go protein boost, they always hit the spot. Plus, the price per can is a steal for the quality and nutrition you’re getting. I don’t have any real complaints—these sardines are exactly what I hoped for. If you’re a sardine fan or just looking for a healthy, no-fuss snack, the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water are a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be reordering this pack.

I miss the flavor of the oil base, but since I can't eat the oil base, this is best
Has a different, less of a flavor to a few decades ago. People are so sensitive to oils so your mind has to adjust a little to sardines as they taste now. I still enjoyed the can of it almost as much as before and am happy I made the purchase. So cost effective for a very good protein designed for emergencies. Even the salt content has been lowered. This is a bonus since salt can always be added by the user. I personally prefer the skins on. For my heart, that's the best part of the fish. Skins also add flavor. These are not very flavorful. Sprinkling a little seasoning on them would be pretty much essential for most of us.

Perfect taste and perfect price
I've been frequently eating sardines for the last few years due to their health benefits. I typically gravitate to the Season brand which is my favorite, or Wild Planet which is my second favorite. I tried these because they were much more affordable and was pleasantly surprised. The texture was more firm than other cheap brands, The peppers gave it a nice, mild heat and good flavor. It was not too salty and the smell wasn't overpowering like some sardine brands can be. Overall, the quality was great. I will definitely be buying these regularly going forward.

Cheap, ok tasting, great for dogs
Great nutrition for the price but they are quite mushy. I can't eat them on their own like other more expensive sardines but for cooking or being mashed up they're fine. They also make a great cheap dog treat.

Great value.
So I ordered you startings for the viral TikTok challenge and I’m not a big fan of sardines never have been. Maybe we’ll try it again with some hot saucers. Try to dress it up differently. The sardines are just extra fishy and I’m sure that’s normal. Not really too salty and it was actually decent quality for the price and the oil was also decent not too bad great in omega-3

We love it for our cat too
I researched how I could relieve my cats dry itchy skin and they recommended sardines packed in water with no added salt. My cat starting in the autumn time begins to lick herself bald In spots, also she demands that I scratch her spots with my nails. I found this brand on Amazon and it came the same day that I ordered it which was cool because I wanted to help our itchy little cat as soon as possible. I am happy to report that our cat Bree already seems to be more comfortable in her skin, she is asking to be scratched way less and her overgrooming is calming down. I whish that I had researched this last year, it's only been a couple of days and I already see improvement in our cat Brees behavior. If your cat has these issues I recommend that you do some research about your cats health. This brand is human grade and a nice quality, I keep it in a container in the refrigerator and I mix it in with wet food and a little water added, my cat loves it. Beach Cliff sardines is a nice quality good for you and your cat, just look up the health benefits for your cat and you will want to get it for them as well as yourself. This packed in water, no added salt is good for you and your cat too.

Sardines for survival food
Tasty, nutritional, moist, not too salty. Good for quick meal, with or without a starch like rice or crackers. Great for stash (dozens) in emergency survival kit. Brush teeth shortly afterward consuming and rinse out empty can with a little dish soap before discarding to recycle and to keep critters at bay.

Good sprats, but not Sardines.
These are Sprats, not actual Sardines, which are Pilchards. Sprats are incorrectly referred to as sardines on many labels, so not a terrible thing, as long as you know what you are getting. The fish is smaller than sardines, falls apart into little chunks easier, doesn't hold its shape as well, if that's important to you. Sprats are more watery and mild tasting, which these are, which is fine if you want to avoid the 'fishy' taste of sardines which are much oilier and fishy. If you are looking for omega-3's this is not the product, go with actual sardines, i.e. pilchards because you need oiliness. But if you want mild tasting fish, especially to give to young ones, this is totally fine.
