Fits my Rode NT1-A perfectly!
Great little windshield with nice thickness and a reassuring density. It does pretty much what you'd expect with very little vibration transfer, even in quite strong wind. It's not cheap soft low-density foam - it's a nice firm foam that won't deform in strong airflow. For anyone wondering, it fits a Rode NT1 perfectly, and is just about the right tension to grip very well. The depth is spot on too, giving perfect cover without any unused space at the top - it's also just about the perfect snugness for the NT1 and definitely won't slip or move once fitted. I'm very happy with this shield. Star ratings: amazon wanted a star rating for "sheerness" ... and I've left that blank. I'm guessing that this category is added automatically, because I'm not sure what "sheerness" means in terms of a wind shield : ) Does anyone want a sheer windshield? LOL 5/5 ... If you have a 2020 or an NT1 - just buy it! It's a "must-have" accessory and you definitely won't be disappointed, whether you're using it in the studio or outdoors. Sure, it's not a "dead dog / dougal / wookie-condom", but it'll cope with a surprising amount of wind : ) You still reading reviews? Oh, just buy it already ; )

Fits the Audio Technica AT2020 Microphone, not perfect blocking.
Fits the Audio Technica AT2020 Microphone nice and snug. However, it doesn't do a brilliant job at blocking air movement from plosives or nearby breathing.

What you'd expect!
Initially smelled a bit funky, like vinegar or something, but that smell vanished really fast. Works great at stopping plosives and was really cheap, so makes me happy! The size fits on my microphone perfectly and just easy to slide on.

Fits MXL990 perfectly
I don't like having my microphone, boom arm & pop screen in shot when I'm attending daily meetings on camera, so I took a chance and purchased the largest clown nose style pop filter I could find. As can be seen in the picture, it fits perfectly (after some initial careful wiggling). Sound wise, it eliminates the unpleasant plosives which are present without the pop filter, which was the main reason I purchased it. The top end clarity took a minor hit whilst using this filter and there was additional muddiness down in the bass frequencies, but if it's a problem for your voice you can make subtle changes to your EQ to compensate. I tried this filter on my Rode Procaster and Podcaster, and it fits like a glove on those microphones. So if your mic's dimensions are between a Procaster and an MXL990, then there is a good chance this pop filter will fit. If this were to get damaged, I'd buy another one (maybe 2) in a heartbeat.
