Biotics Research Super Phosphozyme Liquid– Phosphorous in Liquid, Electrolytes, Healthy Bones and Teeth, Protein Production, Energy Support, 40mg/Drop, 2 Fl Oz

I got this after watching Dr. Berg talk about the need for phosphorous. I’ve already forgotten why I need it, but it tastes so good, like a squirt of lemon juice. So I add it to my green tea. I just hope Dr. Berg would approve, haha!

Initially I bought this supplement as source of phosphorus but I notice that when I take it twice a day it helps with swelling of my legs. So it’s kinda 2 in 1 for me. I keep repurchasing it.

I ordered this instead of a more expensive product. Im satisfied. The recommended dosage is 30 drops or 1.5ml. This will be about two droppers full. I only take half that dosage (one dropper full in water)

when I started taking it with the quinine, my cramps in my legs were gone. Rapidly. I’m going to take it a little further and test if I can to see if I have to take both for it to work. I’m going to take just one for a while see if it works. Then I’ll try the quinine. Like not to have to take anymore than I have to.

After several TBI'S my Dr. recommended adding a phosphorous supplement to my daily vitamins. I have noticed an increase in alertness and less fog in my brain.

This product works very well after I start experiencing gall bladder symptoms. I typically need to use it after eating a fatty meal.
