So good. I am a "Its a 10 Junkie!" this stuff is so good. has really changed my hair - so soft and workable now. I live in a dry climate, so this stuff is almost a necessity if you have curly hair and live somewhere dry. The price is much better here than if you buy it in stores. If on the fence about this products, BUY it!!! The price is worth it.

The product is wonderful for my fine hair. Only problem was with the plunger not opening. I've since requested a new plunger be sent but haven't gotten a response yet

I’ve used Moroccan oil, biolage, Kenra, olaplex, redken, purology, IGK, all the things. Although I like things about all of them. I LOVE this product especially for the price point. And let me tell you it smells amazing. I have dry coarse hair but at times an oily scalp. Some dark color on my hair and also naturally dark. This product makes my hair soooo soft and not greasy. Disclaimer: I’m not sure I could have used these before I got a water softener system. However, I had to use a clarifying shampoo 24/7 prior or else my hair would have a film and feel greasy but yet also dry and unhealthy. So if you have problems with that not sure these will work. If f you don’t have that problem or you have a water softener but these! They’re AWESOME WAY better than kenra, olaplex, Igk

I’ve long been a fan of ‘it’s a 10!’ Leave in spray. After chemo left my hair an absolute disaster I turned to another very popular product line to restore my hair. After years of progress Unfortunately there were problems with that line and my hair started breaking off and falling out. I was devastated. ‘It’s a 10’ shampoo/ conditioner came to the rescue and truly within a few weeks/washes my hair started looking so much better. After the first wash and condition it FELT so much better! Softer, less tangly. Now it is shiny, soft, smooth and never frizzy. My long-time hairdresser cried with me over the positive changes (unless you’ve experienced hair loss you can not fathom the level of trauma involved) I have long, fine hair but a lot of it. The only thing I would note as a possible negative is that my hair does seem to be heavily conditioned now which affects the use of curling tools and how well it holds curl,etc or volume. For me it’s absolutely worth it and I adore the way my soft hair flows around my shoulders again.

There is so much to say about this shampoo and conditioner. I have thick hair and curly and always had a hard time finding the best product for my hair . Well i finally found it and it's a 10 products have never let me down. And the shampoo soaps up good and the conditioner makes my hair so soft and the smell is wonderful. But there products are kinda pricey my husband don't like me spending this much on hair products but he has been using it too .so that tells you right there it's a good product when your hubby uses. Now for the Bottle are small 10 oz each but go a long way because don't take much shampoo or conditioner just takes a couple plumps in your hand and wash away. But every one of us in our family use it's a 10 products and it's a must have in our bathroom and it's the only shampoo and conditioner we use . And will be the only product if I could give more stars then five I would it's worth 10 stars just because it's a 10 and if u haven't got it yet . I think it's time you do because it's the best

Everyone always gets hyped up about this product and it’s expensive. I’ve tried it a few times and not a fan. Shampoo does not lather very well or create a good sud. My hair and scalp don’t feel clean, it feels almost sticky. I have fine bleach blonde hair and like the way the conditioner makes my hair feel soft. The smell is not appealing either, a very bland smell
