Wonderful
Thanks to COVID I had to get creative with my cooking. I just couldn't pop down to my favorite store and buy the peppers I needed for my cooking. And it was too early in the season to pick my own. So I ordered a variety of ground chile peppers to use as substitutes. I have even used this one in the DIY seasoning salt that I make and I am seriously hooked on the burst of flavor it provides.

Listing Does Not Accurately Represent Ingrdients
I was looking for this type of ground chili pepper without any or minimal additives and spent a lot of time trying to decide whether to buy this product since it did not list ingredients specifically or have a picture of the labeling. I even went to Spiceology's website and decided to go ahead and purchase since they listed the specific ingredients on every product except those that appeared to be "pure" products like ground allspice and ground bay leaves, so I felt that meant this was also a "pure" product. Imagine my annoyance when the product came and this was the ingredient label. I could probably get by with the silicon dioxide, but my customers do not want me to use a somewhat controversial additive like ethoxyquin in my products. The kicker is I can't even return the product. Would it be to much to ask for the seller to fully disclose the details on this product? The product otherwise looks good, but I cannot use it for the purpose for which I purchased it. Very frustrating.
