I am in the pool and ocean a lot. I also have wavy hair that tangles easily and gets dry at the ends. I use this shampoo about once a week just to get a clean slate- It is a fabulous product and as long as it is not used daily (drying) it will make your hair look so smooth and shiney. I recommend doing a deep conditioner after the shampoo and to use this shampoo before coloring or bleaching your hair to remove any heavy metals from your hair that will mix with hair dye.

Leaves my hair super clean, worth tolerating the odor which is only bad while using.

This shampoo is great for swimmers … keeps blonde hair blonde !
