It's soothing
I don't know if it actually really gets rid of headaches, but it's nice for when your sinuses are clogged. It's not a super strong scent- it's minty, but not obnoxious. It feels cool when you roll it on your temples. I'm not much of an "essential oil" person in general, but this is nice in combination with other relief methods. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it.

Wish it Worked for Me
I've tried it twice so far in the past few days that I've had it. It hasn't worked for me. I've tried sniffing it for minute it says and I've tried applying it to all of the areas it says. Nothing. Hopefully it works for someone else. I was really hoping this would help.
