I love removable-bottom pans. I own these in 3 sizes: 8", 9" and 10". I use them for making Rice Krispie Treats, brownies, blondies, and candies (soft chewy caramels, hard butterscotch, fudge, peanut butter toffee). I love that the sides are perfectly straight and perpendicular to the bottom, which makes for neat and even treats. Before getting these removable-bottom pans, I would line my pans with parchment and use the parchment to lift the treats out of the pan. Problem was, soft caramels would bend and warp when lifted up with the parchment sling; same thing with some baked goods. Removable-bottom pans allow you to push up from underneath and remove the treats from the pan, still supported by the bottom of the pan. These pans are sturdy, well-constructed and I love them. The only thing I don't love is how expensive the bigger ones are.

If you need a small pan that fits in an air fryer and you need the sides to be square (not beveled) then this pan is a great option.

Lightweight and very practical. I am glad I purchased it, even though, due to the straight corners, it doesn't fit in my small air fryer.

This pan was excellent. I really wanted it to have solid edges and defined lines and this definitely makes those. Perfect pan for my needs.

It worked perfectly! I hate doing square cakes but this pan made it so much easier with its sharp edges! Definitely recommend.
