Old Spice Antiperspirant and Deodorant for Men High Endurance Original 3 Oz (Pack of 6)

While scent preferences are unique to the individual, I think this is a scent that will appeal to virtually everybody.When shopping for deodorant, there are three questions I ask myself. Will it work? Does it smell too strong? Is it okay for my sensitive skin? The answers here are yes, no, and yes--it passes with flying colors.This deodorant formula works. I tend to sweat pretty easily, and while the rest of me gets damp, my armpits stay dry. This stuff goes on smooth and stays attached to your armpit and hair. It doesn't cause streaks on my clothes that I've noticed. I will say, however, that after absorbing moisture and forming into small clumps from excessive sweat, it then starts to break down and powder, so you may, at the end of the day, get some dusting of dry residue in your clothes. This wash right out, so it has never been a problem for me.I am quite sensitive to smells, so finding the right deodorant years ago took time. But Original Scent Old Spice is one that I can't think anyone would object to. It is a clearly masculine scent without being overpowering. It smells earthy, a little bit spicy, and a little bit clean. That's it. No chemical smell, no floral notes, no odd scents that just don't smell right. Just classic masculinity. I think the scent of Original will work for everyone from child to elder, and the women in my life seem to like it too. I'm not saying they run over and ooh and aah over it, but it's a scent that my wife and female friends seem to find pleasant.Lastly, if you are someone who has any kind of skin sensitivity, this deodorant has proven to be a good one for me. I have fair skin and some chemicals can cause a rash or other irritation. Not so with this Old Spice. I've never had any kind of negative reaction to it, which can't even be said of other Old Spice products.In the end, this is a phenomenal product and you should do yourself a favor and at least try it out.

What can I say, it’s the original, and still going strong (not on the odors). Classic, manly scent brings the ladies, or at least doesn’t run them off…

This product offers a great combination of good man deodorant scent and anti perspirant. Both aspects of this product's promise to keep the customer dry and smelling good! It does that and I've been a happy user for many many years.Feel free to try it!.

Smell like Old Spice.

This antiperspirant performs the best for me. The only issue is that when you pull a shirt over your head the antiperspirant gets on material and is very difficult to remove. Put shirt on BEFORE applying.

I've been using this anti-perspirant (original scent) for years now and have never had any trouble finding it in grocery stores, CVS locations, etc. It has always been effective at keeping me dry and I've been using it for so long now that other brands and scents just kind of feel off. I either notice that I'm perspiring a bit and/or I don't particularly care for the scent. Old Spice has obviously been grappling with their branding a lot over the last year with a new ad campaign and a slew of new scents and products. I've noticed within the last 6 months that the original scent has bowed out in favor of more interesting and exotic sounding choices like Matterhorn, Fiji, Swagger, and After Hours. I gave several of them the proverbial sniff test in the aisle, but none jumped out at me (at least at first sniff) as a potential replacement for a product I've used for over 10 years. Thankfully, when I realized that grocery stores and CVS locations were no longer carrying it, I found that the original scent is still available through Amazon at a reasonable price for a pack of 6. If the scent has been discontinued by Old Spice, I'm sure this option will be a temporary patch for me, but at least it puts off having to pick a new anti-perspirant for a few more months!*Update 2/10/13 - the new packaging is hit and miss. On the plus side, the product comes out smooth and rounded. Unfortunately, the dial that used to push up more product is now prone to sticking. I have included several images for a visual. I have found that holding it upside down and gripping the dial as shown helps work around the sticking problem. The product itself is the same.

Amazon is the only place I can find my favorite deodorant. No stores carry the original anymore. I was ok with the stuff from the stores, but I was so happy when I saw Amazon carried the original scent

Deodorant - original - all the stores have “Fresh” which smells too perfumey.
