Terrific knife for grapefruit. Sharp and easy to use. Cuts perfectly.

Bought this after an unsatisfactory purchase of another knife brand on here. This has rived steel blades, one curved pointing end to slice my grapefruit next to the rine, and the other end a two bladed thing to slice each triangle, it works very well and allows me to dig into the grapefruit much sooner than if I was slicing one triangle edge at a time. I also use it on Kiwi (curved blade only). It slices it such that my spoon is able to dig out the largest amount of kiwi at one time to plop in my mouth. I would recommend this one very much. デザインも素敵だし、切れ味もよい。また、ストレート刃は2枚刃で、 袋を切るのもやりやすい。ただ、側面の木部のところに錆が出る。 濡れたままでの放置はしないほうがよい。ステンレススチールとの記載はあるが、 過信は禁物。
