I have a 3-monitor desktop. I wear glasses when I'm on the computer, but take them off when I get up. They're always getting scratched and smudged from laying on the desk with all the other crap on there. I'm also constantly losing my glasses cases, cleaning cloths and peeps cleaner (which is also awesome, by the way). I put this shelf on my monitor and keep the glasses case, cleaning cloths and peeps on it. Whenever I get up I set my glasses on it too. Works great. I'm getting ready to buy two more to hold my router and my phone cradle.

Using on top of bedroom flat screen. It is a little flimsy but holds a little digital adapter for cable; that box is a featherweight. It’s doing the job with no issues. Actually don’t even notice the shelf is there.

Great little shelf for stuff you wanna place around your TV as long as your TV is on a stand and not on the wall of course. Installation took me a whole minute from box to ready. Did not require any of the tape that is included even though it is great to have just in case. It holds up a hefty box just great even with 3 wires coming out of it and pulling it downwards. I’d definitely recommend it for cable box, streaming boxes and desktop routers or small-ish decorative items if that’s your jam. I’m not sure but maybe even a game console could sit up there like PS or Xbox but that’s might be pushing it (do it at your own risk!). Over all: sturdy plastic construction, non-slip surface great little shelf.

This shelf piece looks like and not that noticeable but I am not a fan of the material. First thing is that this does fit on my tv. You can adjust the bolt by hand to lock the leg pieces into place on the TV. I would recommend putting this on the TV and making sure the legs are holding before tightening the bolt. That being said, I did try this and tried putting my router on this and the shelving actually tagged on the back end. I took it off and noticed the material is very flimsy. It can be bent a bit with minimal strength which is a bit of a red flag. Just to make sure I did try to put other things on there like an hdmi switch which was okay but even my Amazon fire cube was causing this thing to slightly lean on the back. This causes it to be not leveled and uneven. I tried tightening the bolt a bit more but it does not support a ton of weight. It will not fall the way back but it sags on the back. The surface has patterns which I assume is to provide more grip. It does provide adhesive padding which be careful when placing because the adhesive will peel paint off if you use it for a wall. Overall this is not a very good tv shelf it does not hold much weight. It does not collapse but it will sag in the back so if you do not have grip your device can slide off. The material is super thin which is a red flag for me.

Not much to it. Simple, thin plastic shelf that comes with a few double sided sticky tabs and no instructions. However, it easy to figure out how it attaches. But still it was challenging attempting to set the two back bar braces so they were even and kept the shelf completely level on top. Was sure to use the double sided adhesives to keep it in place. That was done by trail and error. Thankfully there were several supplied to redo setting it in place. In addition, it’s rather small, especially for our big TV. As you can see from the photo it only holds our old headphone on it. I would never put anything too heavy on it. I doubt it’e support anything over a pound or two.

If you need a lightweight shelf these work great. I have one on top of my monitor for glasses etc. I also put one on top of the TV in the loft to hold a wireless access point. They are very lightweight so don't expect to put a ton of weight on them, but for holding smaller items they are awesome.

It took me all of about 2 minutes to adjust and mount the shelf to the top of my TV. This included the time it took to disconnect my cable box and move it up there. I'll be purchasing more of these for the other TVs in my house and will probably buy them as gifts for friends and family. Is it flimsy? Sure! But it was $20 CAD and once installed it's very sturdy. It's not like I plan to be whipping my TV around all the time!
