Great Little Racks for Smoking
Picked these up mainly for smoking meat, and they work perfectly. I use it in my deep fryer
I use this at the bottom of my deep fryer so I can fry wet battered food without the basket inserted and the food doesn't get caught between the heating element or along the bottom and sides. It works great for that purpose and the size is perfect. When I finish frying the battered food, if I want to use the basket for fries, I leave the rack in place and the basket sits perfectly flat on top. It's a great rack and I am thrilled at how well it performs in the fryer. In my pictures you can see the shrimp and the chicken fingers I made using the rack method in place of the basket. It is so convenient and versatile. I put it in the dishwasher after I use it and store it right inside the fryer. It's really sturdy and it still looks brand new after using it many times in the hot oil.

Rusts quickly
They are shiny, sturdy, and nice racks, but the first time I put one in the dishwasher it came out with several rust spots.

A heavy duty little pan and rack set. I like them. You'll notice how much heavier stainless steel is than regular steel. They clean very easily.
