My daughter wanted to start a YouTube channel. This is so easy to understand and use. I don’t even have to help her she can do it all on her own and it is pretty durable.

this cam was a rlly good price for something kinda high tecbut the only thing is that once i got it i realized how my phone quality is much better...i expected that but i would say only buy if you want a fun camera experience! not for the camera quality.

We had troubles with charging the batteries well over the time when returns were allowed. They charged fine at first, but after awhile it got to the point where the charging light would not come on when we plugged the cord into the camera with either of the included batteries. We didn't know if it was a battery problem, cord problem, or something else. So even though it was a full 16 MONTHS (!!!!!) after we originally bought it I contacted the company via their email address (not through Amazon), and they were SUPER nice & helpful. For no charge at all and with no warranty in place, they sent us 2 new batteries along with a plug-in charger (that plugs into the wall and doesn't use a USB cord like what came with the camera). With that new charger we were actually able to charge the old batteries so now we have 4 batteries for this camera. This company went above and beyond what they were obligated to do, and I really appreciate their awesome customer service!

Blurry camera, no matter what setting I use it doesn't come out right and can't make out any single detail. Sucks I used this after my return window closed and now I'm stuck with it.

When the camera works it works great, the night vision is a really cool feature and everything else works too. The issue I have most common is the camera says “memory card error” and stops working. This has happened in the middle of recording and then my recording is lost. The camera will sometimes freeze when this happens and I have to pop out the battery to reset it. Then I have to power off and on the camera until the memory card starts working again. If this didn’t happen I would give this a higher rating.

I do a lot of recording. This is helping me to make more beautiful memories. Easy to use.

I got this for my grandson to start experimenting with video cameras. This little one is perfect. It's compact, easy to use, great charge that lasts. The audio is a little iffy on playback but I'm sure it will be better once uploaded to his laptop. He really enjoys it and has made many videos.
