Exalent replacement motor for the Ridgid 300 machine.

I'm happy with the purchase
I ordered one of these motors in a pinch to replace the motor in a very worn out Ridgid 300 Power Machine. Ridgid parts were back-ordered by weeks and cost almost (but not quite) three times as much.The employees that used the machine complained it didn't run quite the same (I didn't tell them it was a non-Ridgid part), but then again it could've just been worn gears on the base unit (ie. unrelated to the motor). In general, the motors are constructed almost identical to Ridgid motors... aside from an odd bolt screwed into the side that seemingly screws into the framing and does nothing.If you can't get a Ridgid part or can't afford it, this'll work. Ours is still going 6 months later, sees daily use and our machines are generally treated with little regard. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
