Exactly what I was looking for.
I love this belt, it was exactly what I was looking for. I wear it to the gym every day and it increases my sweat around my stomach area. I even had a couple ask me if I was losing weight soon as I started wearing it because it gives you a toned look. It is very comfortable even when doing crunches and always stays in place. Very hard to slip on
I got a medium size, Still very difficult to slip on and off.. I haven't worn it since I purchased it.At first.. I was very excited to get it but now not s thrilled that I have It looking for a new waist trainer.
