BECAUSE MY WATER DROP TEST ISNT WORKING” I was really about to send it back minutes after receiving this but patience and a little bit of playing around was what you needed.Being skeptical I bought this machine because of its percentage of ratings.Usually the videos I’ve seen and the manual lists in order to know if the machine is operable and working you do the water tests and so I did.The machine does not work IF YOU DO THE WATER TEST RIGHT AWAY. You have to heat it up a bit first. When doing the water test / it only works if you place the water DIRECTLY in the middle. As shown in the video as I tilt the water drop it doesn’t evaporate but when tilted back in the center it starts to evaporate. My functions are set to1.power2sonic HIGH3. Equipment works. So glad I invested and saved myself hundreds of dollars going for professional body treatments. Now I do radio frequency and infrared body treatments at home. I do think that the directions could be more clear but it's easy to figure out. Be sure to purchase conduit gel. It doesn't come with the unit. I found two large tubes for just under $9. They will last me for a year probably!

Instructions are misspelled and unclear. I want to know how to use this to burn fat. It tells you how to attach electrode-type things to your body, but then what do you do with the wand? I have spent an hour searching You Tube videos to learn how to use this. Videos are also unclear. I would like to know specifically how to use this to burn fat on belly and under chin. Don't say to press the button of your choice. Tell me which buttons work best for fat-burning results. Comments on You Tube show many people do not know how to use this machine. Seller would sell more and have less returns if instructions were clear.

After having issues with the first machine seller will be sending 2 new machines for our trouble. That is what I call great customer service. The first machine worked great until the EMS portion stopped working. My wife uses this everyday and she says she loves it. Thank you so much for great customer service.

 It doesn’t work like going to a professional but if you use it at least 10 times. Yes I said ten times you noticed a change in skin tightening. It isn’t the best slimming machine.😒

I was very excited to get this device and the reviews seemed favorable but I must be one of the few with problems. First the device shuts off after a few minutes ( I read that in a review) and it didn’t pass the water test:(. I heard great things about their customer service and hope to return for a new device.

i have been using this for a bit now and do not see any difference. I dont like the lack of instruction and clarity what little is given. I did follow up on Tube for better understanding. I have found the cavity with lights i get an intermitten shock when moving in circles which I dont think is a good thing since the instructions said you should not feel any. So My question is IS MY PRODUCT DEFECTIVE? Please let me know what you think.Also when using the gloves i dont feel anything at all, which also makes me feel the product is defective.Along with the cord works it way out of the jack.
