Perfect toothpaste
Saw on a social media app a dentist in Sweden recommended, I’ve used this for at least 6-8 month. Dental hygienist stated she noticed a difference and took down the name to research. I usually have sensitive teeth and used other products for that however this has helped immensely (better than other product) love the natural ingredients, no sensitivity. Can’t say my teeth are whiter but certainly cleaner. Taste is not bad at all in fact you get used to it pretty quickly

Awesome Deep Clean!!👍🏽😊
A Great exfoliating toothpaste for a good deep clean!👍🏽It's natural, and gently abrasive, therefore, not to be compared with typical supermarket toothpastes. The flavors and textures of these Weleda toothpastes differ from all other toothpastes. Please do not expect them to foam as typical toothpastes either. Most people are trained by the mainstream, commercially produced, supermarket brand products to believe that all toothpastes should produce a sudsy foamy action and minty taste in order to clean and freshen property which is simply not true. Though a foamy sudsy feeling is nice, it's not necessary. There are many benefits of using a non-mint toothpaste as well as mint can hinder some treatments or interfere with certain health regimes such as homeopathic care (research it), and other people simply desire a mint free product. The taste is not super delicious but that doesn't really matter as to me, it's purpose is cleaning, exfoliation, and healing. Many healthy regimes are Not super yummy though that doesn't stop us from using or consuming materials and striving for better health.. does it? Nope. It's not like we're eating this toothpaste, we're just using it for two minutes while brushing.👍🏽 That being said, I really don't think the flavor is bad at all and totally am fine with it. It's a cleanser folks😬Also, this is not Tom's brand either so people should not compare because Weleda toothpastes are in a class of their own.I have used Weleda toothpastes for years along with traditional typical big brand toothpastes.I switch and swap from morning and evening brushings throughout the week as well as swapping from month to month. The 3 Weleda toothpastes I use regularly along with my typical brands are this Salt, Calendula and Ratahnia. They all provide different benefits. The Salt paste is a great deep cleaner and has a gritty salt like combined with a gel texture. It is non-foaming but none of the Weleda pastes expand in volume when in mouth like the typical foaming pastes do but that is not a concern because foaming volume is not necessary for cleaning, it's just something one must become accustomed to and retrain their way of thinking about a toothpaste and cleaning of teeth. To help clear up any concerns regarding it being too abrasive or cutting gums:First of all, Let the salt do it's own job of exfoliating and smoothing the surface of your teeth, do Not push too firmly or use force with too much pressure as it will be too much exfoliating, use a light touch. Also, salt is known for healing properties and used to help heal wonds as is some old remedies of gargling with salt for sore, raw throats, soaking in salt baths for sore muscles and etc.For a better clean, I recommend not running it under water first as it will dilute the gel too much. Just put it on your brush and start brushing, lightly smearing all over teeth quickly first to evenly distribute and then gently brush each tooth as normal. My opinion is no water needed or recommended as it will naturally dilute with the natural juices of your mouth (you know what I'm referring to😉).If need more, use more, as much as you desire.I like using this Salt paste in the evenings to remove all of the days grime and sometimes I use this followed by another toothpaste afterwards before going out. This review is also to address issues that some of the critical reviews have stated and to help clear up any confusion. I just wanted to give everyone the real scoop on this product.I really like this Weleda Salt toothpaste and will continually purchase it and use it along with the other Weleda pastes while swapping out and in conjunction with other brands once in awhile as well, in the years to come as I've done in the past.I recommend trying this product... it's only one tube of toothpaste 💁🏻Hope this all has been informative and helpful.😉

A NON-TOXIC TOOTHPASTE
As I just wrote in one of my other reviews, I am on the warpath to find non-toxic products that do no harm to my body or the environment. And, as I wrote in my review of my new dish soap, I had to spend hours scouring Amazon to find this toothpaste. It has very simple ingredients which are composed of natural oils as well as salt. It is a bit of a learning curve because it comes out of the tube brown - that's due to the oils. It also tastes very salty - which takes some getting used to. It does a nice job cleaning my teeth and it does contain peppermint oil which helps as well. The most important part is that it does NOT contain fluoride nor any artificial sweeteners. One more thing: this is manufactured in Germany. Bravo for their determination to make safe, non-toxic products for our health and the environment.

Finally
So glad I found this. I have severe allergies and have hunted for several years for a toothpaste that dosnt cause my mouth to be sore, raw, blistered and my teeth hurt. No it isnt my toothbrush.Im allergic to propylene glycol, fluoride, peroxide, teatree oil and who knows what else. Not only does this paste scrub my teeth perfectly clean and has to me a great taste. I love anything salty/sweet.. The mint is very nice too. Ive been using this for a few months now. Its so nice to not have a constantly sore mouth from other paste.I use it with a soft 20,000? Bristle brush also from amazon. Perfect combo. Btw get you a toothpaste crimping key also from amazon to get everything out of the tube. Works great for all weleda products that are in the metal tube.

Loved It in Switzerland, But It Feels Different Now
Overall ★★★★☆Effectiveness ★★★☆☆Price ★★★★★Safe ★★★★☆Re-purchase? NoI first discovered this toothpaste on a trip to Switzerland earlier this year and absolutely loved it. After running out, I decided to purchase a replacement. What drew me to this toothpaste originally were the large salt crystals, which made it feel like it was cleaning my teeth both chemically and physically. It also left a refreshing sensation after brushing. However, it's worth noting that this toothpaste is a bit different from regular ones—it’s not as minty, and it doesn’t foam as much.First Impression:The packaging looked exactly the same as what I had bought in Switzerland, so I was excited to use it again.Performance:Unfortunately, this version felt different from the one I used in Switzerland. It seemed to have fewer salt crystals, and the freshness wasn’t as strong. When I checked the label, I noticed it was "made in Germany," and I’m unsure if that’s the reason for the difference in quality.Pros:Salt crystals provide a unique cleaning sensationLeaves a refreshing feeling after brushingCons:Doesn’t seem to match the quality of the one I used in Switzerland
