This honey actually tastes really good and seems to be of high quality. There hasn’t been any crystallization and flows smoothly. I use this in my tea or when I boil lemon water if I’m feeling a bit sick, and it gets the job done.

This honey instantly brought me back to my childhood in Eastern Europe. The flavor, aroma, and smooth texture are exactly like the pure acacia honey I remember growing up with — light, floral, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It tastes authentic and natural, not overly processed or sugary like so many store-bought honeys. I’ve tried many brands looking for that same taste from home, and this is the first one that truly matches it. It’s delicious on toast, in tea, or straight from the spoon. Great 100% honey taste and much cheaper than other brands

As an alternative sweetener in my Tea, mix-in with peanut butter for a nugget & cracker snack, BBQ & sauce base, making homemade bread. The bees make a quality product. This is a filtered product, the natural pollen has been removed. It has not been cooked, so it retains the normal consistency. Also not cooking allows honey to not crystallize as soon. If it does, you can let the bottle sit in a large cup of hot water. You can also add some drops of water to the bottle and swirl it, then use the hot water cup if necessary. There is nothing wrong with the crystals, they will dissolve in your drink. They just don't look pretty and may have to be spooned out of the container. A nice no drip cap which does not get sticky or block the flow. This type of honey is great to mix with margarine or butter, as it will not separate, giving a smooth texture. When added to a nut butter and allowed to set a while, the nuts absorb moisture resulting in a thick nugget. This does not run or dribble, very kid friendly. Making clean up after a snack, less wearing on a kids patients.
