Does what it needs to do! Expect one full charge but it has to be fully charged. Really thick but for the price no complaints! Will peel easily if dropped numerous times not a lot of protection. Be careful!

The battery pack worked fine for four months, then short circuited, did not charge the I-phone and drained the power from the I-phone. The I-phone X fits easily in the battery case. Once charged, and the I-phone battery ran low, just push the button in the back and the battery pack would charge the phone. The coating was wearing off on the corners and the case is sometimes slippery. Yesterday it short circuited, drained the power from the phone and shut off charging after 15 seconds. The charging case should last more that 4 months. Don't buy.

I like that the product is very accommodating and easy to install only thing it does take some time to charge and if you have the protector on it charges the case instead of your phone, hve to charge it separately it does take some time to charge completely just the case but it last a while . Only thing I dislike was the case is a bit heavy and doesn’t protect your screen even if you have a screen protector it shattered the glass. But still would recommend!!

Some people might say it’s a tad heavy, but it’s not really.The last couple of months I noticed that my phone was discharging faster. This battery case is perfect for my needs. Zero complaints. I work in the hospital and don’t always have the luxury of being around a desk to charge the phone.

I like that it uses the lighting cable to charge but it takes a loooong time to charge it up, even using an iPad power brick. Two of the LEDs stopped working the first week, but it would charge my phone from 20%-85% in about 2 hours so it served it’s purpose well.

The media could not be loaded. Really like that the case charges my phone. I am usually at 0 to 20% and when I’m out and about it helps to just touch the button and have it charge for me rather than looking for a place to charge my phone. It’s nice and sturdy as I drop my phone a lot. It’s not super thin but also not super thick which is nice. I usually carry in my back pocket. Definitely would buy one for my sons phone.

This is the third charging case I’ve bought off amazon. All different brands. This one is by far the worst. I’ve had it for less than 2 weeks and it’s already stopped working properly. The problem with these cases are you have to take them off your phone to charge. So you have to charge the case and the phone separately. Also the case messes with the AUX cord in my car. You have to take the case off otherwise it makes it short out. This one is just a complete waste of money though. 2 weeks and it’s already giving me problems. Not worth it.
