Close to use by date
Lovely product, which should last for ages, but this one was about 2 weeks from its use by date. I bought it as a gift for a busy mum with two small kids, so I felt bad that she'd then have had to find time to bake with it so soon. It might be ok even after the date, but might not rise too well.
