Family bought it for me last year for Christmas.I've had it for 12 months now.No issues , no problems , works perfect , pretty waterproof 'ish'as well. It's a good workable length as well. Only use it about three or four times a month tho just fyi

Install was super easy. I don’t mess around with wall anchors and stuff — just threw a 2x4 on the stud and mounted it right there. I’ve got it right by the garage entrance so it’s easy to plug in stuff that needs power outside as well. Retracts smooth, stays out of the way, and just makes life a lot easier around the garage. 26 FT length is plenty for stuff inside the garage as well.

I had a craftsman that served its purpose for over 20 years -- it was rated (looked at it when taking it down off the ceiling -- for only 7A. Wonder that it lasted this long. It failed by starting to provide power and then stopping. I may have replaced a tool thinking it was the tool -- bad back up testing / diagnosing on my part. Anyway, this replacement is a really nice cord. The recoiling action works with the right amount of gusto to get the cord out of the way along with the catching while pulling it out -- just like this type of cord should. I like the little light on the plug to show it has power -- a nice reminder since mine is plugged into a switched socket that also controls the garage's lights. The cord's 4ft plug will let you mount the cord 4ft away from the socket (so my guess is the cord is actually a little longer then 4ft so you can attach it 4ft away from a socket. I used the supplied screws to attach it to the ceiling -- nice that the bracket is separate from the cord -- a lot easier to attach to the ceiling then having the cord connected while trying to screw the bracket into the ceiling. I adjusted the stop so I can reach the cord when it is retracted and also high enough so it is out of the way -- the stop slides with some effort so it stays put when letting the cord do its retracting.

Great product but pin is not made for local saudi arabia power socket had to purchase extra extension to be able to connect local eletircal items, need to adjust as per SASO local electrical power cords

Purchased to help save time when wrapping chords after use. Unfortunately, the three prong outlet is too wide for where I need it to go through. But other than that the retract ability was fast and easy to use the length was perfect. It came with the pieces to attach to a wall. We used it without attaching it to wall. It still was able to use safely.

Il est solide , le câble et l’enrouleur/dérouleur fonctionne très bien , la prise triple est très utile! Je l’ai installer a coté de mon moteur de porte de garage au plafond , et je men sert toujours ! Plus besoin de chercher les extensions partout ! Apres 4 mois d’utilisation je n’ai que du bon a dire !
