Pete the Cat: The Wheels on the Bus Board Book

I am an elementary art teacher, and who better than Pete the Cat can help children learn about the elements of art?! I often use images from these books as exemplars for lessons as they are fun and colorful, and always send a positive lesson.I was thrilled to find this board book version for my 3 year old grand daughter which is a scaled down version of the Pete books. I’m hoping this will wet her appetite for the original Pete books in the future! Highly recommend!

I love this book and so does my rwo year old granddaughter. Pete the cat is such an appealing character and the play on the original wheels on the bus is a hit. Very well written. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book. You must get it for your library of books!!!

I gifted this exciting, fun-filled children's book to a friend today, who has a 4 year old son. I watched in amazement as his mom read him the book, then sang the song with him. The child was fascinated by the colorful, entertaining illustrations throughout this book. He was also curious about the bus ride, asking many questions about riding a bus. The illustrations created by James Dean are breathtaking and inspire young children to read, sing, and learn about this big yellow bus that makes many different sounds. This delightful children's book is also very funny as it shows you his happy friends looking through the windows, and teaches that Pete has a Driver's License to transport his friends around in rain, or sunshine. The kitties have many facial expressions, while learning about stop signs, driving over bumps, and much more. In addition, the child learns about the wipers on the bus, why they are used and the many different passengers, such as the barking dog. I watched a 4 year old boy, who found this book to be his very own piece of treasure, which made his mom very happy. Educational, beautiful illustrations, and lots of fun for young children. Highly recommended!

I read this book to my 2 year old almost every night per his request. Definitely one of his favorites. He loves interacting and reading along which I love. I would highly recommend this book for toddlers.

A little disappointed in the book. Not exactly a unique version. But I guess it's a basics Wheels on a bus by a known character

I got this for a gift for my niece. She loved it and now Pete the Cat is one of her favorites!!!

Nice adaptation, my kid really likes singing with this book. I highly recommend this and all the Pete the cat series.

A great example of a classic story with a fun twist. Pete the cat drives the bus, rocks out with his guitar, spends time with his friends. The cutest wheels on the bus story with the grooviest cat. Highly recommend to any Pete the cat lover

Il libro è ben fatto. Contiene solo la musica , non cantata . Va bene per fare una specie di karaoke.

Es de tapa dura y muy manejable para los niños. Las ilustraciones son muy vistosas y coloridas. Lo recomiendo con toda seguridad.

Le livre est bien mais les paroles de la chanson qui existe par ailleurs avec Pete the Cat ne correspondent pas avec le texte et les illustrations de l'album. C'est très dommage car les deux supports sont intéressants à utiliser en même temps.

I love the Pete the cat books. So do the children. It was exactly as I expected and the children loved it.
