Yummy
Be careful that you buy the little pearl spoons so as not to burst the eggs before you get them to your mouth. I like the taste of red caviar better than black. There is whooping lot of Omega 3 in a 1/2 tsp of these yummy eggs. I serve them with crackers and sour cream or sometime cream cheese.

Top notch business
This is a great product and price. Their customer service is as good as their products...

Good fish roe, but why this extreme color?
Taste and consistency is good, but the extreme red coloring (two red and one yellow dye) is very off-putting. My previous experiences of lumpfish roe was a nice orange color, that I assume was natural. Fish roe is becoming increasingly expensive, so this is a relatively good deal.

Way too much salt added!
Unfortunately inedible, I couldn’t even eat more than a small spoonful it was so salty and I love salty foods, was also surprised to see a lot of added dyes, though honestly this is what I deserve for ordering a fish product over Amazon, I blame myself more than the seller just don’t make my mistakes XOXO

Good Flavor, light, fresh, slight pop.
I'm by no means qualified to judge caviar, but I do enjoy it. I usually buy Season Caviar Black Capelin. So I was leery about this, because it hadn't been reviewed. I bought both this and the Black. I found both to be as tasteful as the Capelin. The caviar is small row. Mild in taste. And a product of Denmark. Capelin is Icelandic Caviar. And side by side they taste the same. The Agustson Red contains Red#40 & Red#3 & Yellow#6 to give it it's color. It like other Caviar does contain a preservative and holds up well in the frig. I've shared this with guests and so far everyone has enjoyed it with Cream Cheese, Lox and crackers. One thing about this Caviar in comparison to say a Romanoff type caviar typically found in grocery stores is, that it's not oily or too salty. And it's mild flavored. I definitely would recommend this if you enjoy caviar. 12 ounces for $25.00.. Give it a try. Fast delivery.

Red. Very, very red.
The flavor is mild with more of a "squish" than a "pop" but overall acceptable for the price. The off-putting thing, however, is the violently red color that uniformly saturates everything in the jar. When I was a child my mother made "Harvard beets" a sort of sweet-and-sour beets with tiny, shiny red beet cubes suspended in bright red sauce. This product is (visually) the Harvard beets of caviar. Tiny, shiny pearls of roe suspended in... some kind of red fluid. I believe it's true that "we eat first with our eyes" and I I'm not 'dying' to eat this product again.

Good with bagel and cream cheese
I wake up in the morning and toast the bagel and put cream cheese then I put the fish egg on it. Very good. I become bigger and stronger everyday eventually I will be able to fight my father and avenge my mother. Then I can rest as I watch the sun set and sun rise for the rest of the earth’s existence. I alone walk on this barren land. It’s a very delicious ingredient to add to my routine breakfasts. I can also add it as a side for dinner on top of my steamed white rice!

This is not carvia
This product contains too much red color. It’s fish eggs, but definitely not salmon eggs.
