Dissatisfied
Preparation instructions were confusing. Kefir grain was not reproduced after first batch, which means I need to buy new grain. I contacted phone number on instructions pamphlet to seek advice, but no one responded.Never had this experience with other suppliers.

Amazing Kefir
This kefir grain is amazing. It ferments so fast. Less than 24 hours and you already got chunky curdled looking yogurt. Just stir it up well with chop sticks and it’s back to a very delicious tangy creamy drink. The taste is that of a strong full fat Greek yogurt chobani. When I first got the product, Initial start up to get to this point is I don’t throw away the kefir milk making a second time. I saved a quarter of the kefir milk and grain to strongly boost the next batch. Now I can ferment milk with grains only. Grains are tiny tiny and less than half a spoon. Can easily ferment 2 cups of milk in less than 24 hoursMy only problem is the packaging. I dislike the idea that container for the kefir grain is plastic. The thought of plastic seeping into the product due to the acid is not good. Glass is better preference but understand why because glass breaks. Kefir grains that came looked beautiful. They do melt into the first half cup of milk into making your own kefir. The freezes dried kefir pack used as a booster is where the bitter taste comes from. Each new batch this bitterness goes away until only a small almost unnoticeable tint remains.Delivery was faster than the predicted date of arrival.

Did not work or multiply
The grains would not grow after three weeks of fermenting. I followed the instructions. They do not look healthy either. I just ordered another batch from a different seller. I do not recommend them to others. It is true you get a very small amount.

Better than appeared.
I have read horrible reviews for buying most kifer grains online but decided to try this one. I was shocked by the tiny package that looked like it contained only liquid!! But I figured I couldn’t get my money back unless I followed the instructions. So I did. I followed the instructions to the letter. Within six days I was making the best tasting kefir milk that I’ve ever had. There are big, healthy grains in my milk that I strain out every day. No, there’s not a tablespoon full, but pretty close. It is all that I need. But it seems like every day the grades seem to multiply just a little, but not too much or too fast. I highly recommend this product. Just make sure that looks don’t scare you and that you follow the instructions. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Olor y acidez
Su olor fuerte como a sudor de pies no se ha ido, sigo intentando que su fermento no sea tan ácido, su reproducción es muy lenta

Quantiry not true to what advertised
I was back and forth with the rating, and I decided to take a star only. The product is good, makes good kefir, but what I received is far from what was presented in the description. They said 1TBSP, but what I received is actually half of a teaspoon, in a very small box. And after 3 weeks of using it, following all the directions, the grains did not grow or multiply. I'm not sure how long it takes, but now I can only make about 10oz of kefir. I didn't try with more milk and keep it longer to ferment. Otherwise, I like it. One 10oz fresh, tangy, creamy kefir every morning. For more people it's not enough.
