Vitamin C is an absorbed acid that has many good benefits for your immune system, your bones, and your skin. It helps with the formation of collagen, absorption of iron, build proper functioning of the immune system, promotes faster wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.I purchased this product back in late April and been taking one pill everyday with my a healthy afternoon day meal beginning in May. I take four pills a day before or after meals in regards to the instructions. It has been almost a month and it has made my skin clearer, brighter, and reduces hyperpigmentation from acne scars or skin inflammations. My skin isn't dull, it glows, my complexion is more even, smoother, and youthful. I don't mind the pill size at all. I actually drink it down with iced tea alongside a healthy meal.My skin tone is already very fair but it was very dull due to the havoc of being exposed to the city environment and air pollution. I had a few skin imperfections like dark marks, skin tags, warts, boils, and/or acne scars due to skin imperfections, prolonged sun exposure without applying sunscreen, wrinkles, and getting older. I have sensitive skin too and it's hard to find products for guys that has less harsh ingredients that are truly free from parabens and fragrances. Always read what's in a product as sulfates are the worse. Any products with fragrance or contains alcohol will darken skin overtime.I ordered more of these pills to stock up! For me, this does work!!!!!!

Be cautious when buying this product. I had scary heart palpitations after taking this. They went on for a long time. I had no problems before ingesting this. I have had no issues since stopping this. I made sure it was this supplement before writing this review. Different people react differently to things, so this is just a BE CAUTIOUS proposition.
