The design is perfect for making smooth sauces and gravies, and the comfortable grip makes mixing super easy and controlled. At my age, I am not collecting any new kitchen, gadgets or tools. However, I’ve always had a problem with lumps in my gravy. Not anymore. This is a great whisk that delivers smooth and creamy gravy.

Works great no lumps, comfortable to use, fits in my hand perfectly. Works well for beating eggs too, gets them mixed and frothy quickly. Built well, cleans easily. Good value.

I like this for smaller, lighter mixes. This is too light to use in many mixes but does well in the ones it works in.

I saw this on a cooking show, and immediately started searching for it on Amazon. Bingo! Several different varieties for sale, but I chose this one for the size - which is approximately 3 inches round - not too big, or small - just perfect. This little gem whips up eggs, butter, dry ingredients, sauces, or anything that needs to be mixed. I literally threw away the old cylindrical one that just about every house hold in America has, because the performance of this was so much quicker, and enables the user to get into those pesky corners. Love it, and highly recommend. Also, a great gift for those foodies in our families

I came across one of these in Europe and for something like making gravy (that is, any roux you then blend with liquid) this is indispensable. This is an even higher quality version than the one I had used; feels great in the hand and seems quite sturdy. I don't use it every day but when a task calls for something like this, I can't imagine trying to use a regular whisk or a fork or anything else I previously would've substituted before I knew this tool existed.

Works great for small jobs like gravy or scrambling eggs. Nicely made.
