Peter Pan in Return to Never Land (Walt Disney Pictures Presents) [VHS]

I bought this dvd for my granddaughter. I watched it with her and as its a follow up to Peter Pan which she watched a couple of weeks ago. She liked it and I did too. Good story!

My daughter loves Peter Pan we had not seen this video and I’m so glad I purchased it . It is so cute , definitely a must have to complete the collection.

My daughter LOVES Peter Pan and Tink. We only had peter pan on VHS, yes i still own a VCR, So when i got this set for her she was thrilled. she watched the first two at once. We haven't got as far as watching the extra features yet though.there is a bunch of special features including Peter Pans alternate opening, deleted songs, Games like Sudoku challenge (i don't know any kids that can play sudoku) and Tarrrget practice and Pixie Hollow clips that are not in movie are placed in all three movie extras.Also included are three pictures one from each film. They are now in my daughters room of course. The first is Peter with Wendy and her brothers flying by the clock. The second shows Jane holding on to Peter and a little angry Tinker Bell in front of them. One of the most touching sequels to a Disney classic. We all have to have faith, trust and pixie dust, to believe in good magic like Tinkerbell and Merlin. And Jane really learned that the hard way.

Frankly, I was a bit suspicious about this new trend of sequels. Some are truly soulless moneygrabbers, bits and pieces put together to cash in on the title. THIS SEQUEL IS GOOD! It's a story of it's own, with reference to the original but not a copy or the much-used switching of the storyline. It's a brand new story, a new setting and has a few new characters. Jane and Daniel will become Disney characters as well know as Wendy, John and Michael. My 5 year old daughter loves this movie so much she has watched it over and over - I lost track of counting! The only thing I didn't like was that octopus. There is no reference to where he's come from or what his function is other than click-clack like the crocodile of the original movie and go after Hook. I'd have liked that octopus to have more of a defined character or not be there at all. Why not bring back the croc? He (or she?) is a classic, too! Never fuss about an octopus - or what?

I remember watching this movie as a child and I loved it so I got it from my daughter way before Disney+ even came out. It’s decent quality

One of my Son's favorite movies. If your kid is a Peter Pan or Jake fan this is a good addition to your movie collection. I was skeptical since Disney doesn't always do to we'll on the 2nd movies. But I was pleasantly surprised.Spoiler Alert! You won't see much of the original Peter Pan characters. And I thought it starting in WWll Era was a little sad for a kids movie. But I guess Disney always has a bit of sad note.

I felt it a lane excuse to get a girl to be the hero. Not one I'd Disney's good standard stories

Lo he comprado para regalo de navidad. En realidad lo busqué el año pasado pero no estaba disponible y este año al verlo en stock me he alegrado un montón. La historia ya la sabiamos pero teniamos la pelicula en video no en dvd. Trae contenido extra, actividades y juegos y escenas eliminadas. La pelicula viene en español que es lo importante.

I am very happy with this purchase but I was a little dissapointed that it did not come in a plastic DVD cover as in our house it could easily be lost. But other than that very good.

So nice to see this original classic.
