Super high quality. The material feels fantastic, this is the real deal. My issue was the fit, some parts were too big, some parts were too small. The shoes are very nice looking but I don't think I could do an all day event in them without a more comfortable pair of shoes ready to go. The fabric is great and the leather is thick and sturdy.

The seller is awesome and so is the product quality. Here are some key details as you decide how to accurately size the lederhosen: I am six feet, two inches tall. I wear size 34 jeans. My build is athletic/slim, with thick thighs. After reading many product reviews for lederhosen being sold on Amazon, I was left with the impression that they run small by American standards. I decided to order a size 36 pair of lederhosen for extra comfort after crazy amounts of beer and food. The size 36 that arrived were essentially size 38. It turns out that these particular lederhosen run large. I swapped for size 34 which is my actual size and there is still room for a bulging belly. The quality is excellent - real cow hide, and nice buttons/embroidery. The traditional checkered shirt is of good quality also, but is cut short at the waistline. Size "L" was perfect in the neck and arms which is not easy to find for a lanky guy but when tucked in, the shirt easily became untucked at the slightest raising of the arms. I've never had this issue before due to the cut. Swapped for an "XL" which is perfect. The shoes are comfortable and also of good quality - as are the traditional socks. Very very happy once I figured out the sizing. Unfortunately at the time of purchase, I did not have the benefit of a detailed customer review to help with sizing. Hopefully this helps the next guy. 5 stars all the way!

This is a great set- authentic and well-made. These lederhosen will last a lifetime! In the short time I've worn them, it's clear they will get better with some breaking in, so I suggest getting them well in advance of your need if possible, and wearing them a bit- I plan to wear mine around the house once in a while when I can get away with it to help the process along. That's not to say they are not comfortable and ready to be worn right out of the box, just that I think they'll get better with age and use. The shirt is also well-made, with nice, stylish buttons. Out of the box it's seriously stiff, so it's going to require a washing or two to soften it up a little. I don't see that being problematic though- just don't expect to receive and wear immediately. The socks are thick, nicely styled, and long- perfect for this application. The shoes are somehow very hard to put on without a shoehorn, but very comfortable once you're in them. Nice thick soles, and seem to be comfortable, but admittedly I haven't walked several miles in them yet. I don't see or feel anything to make me believe they wouldn't be up to the task. The only (minor) complaint on these is that the tongue sticks out kind of funny when you first get them on (it's hard to sneak the thick socks by them), and the edge that shows is not finished well, but with a little effort to tuck them in, they're OK. This may get better when broken in, and if not, and little careful trimming with some scissors will likely fix the problem. As to sizing, it seems to be a common thread in other reviews, but I still screwed it up anyway- I'd order one size up from your normal waist size for the lederhosen and at least two sizes bigger for the shirt, which is definitely a slim-fit design. Shoe size is right-on. I had a wonderful experience with the seller. As others have pointed out, when ordering you select the size of the hosen only. The seller will then contact you (in my case, immediately, despite it being late on a Thursday evening) to get sizes for the shoes and shirt (and answer questions, as the case may be). You can also select red or blue for the shirt. I received everything in one neat package first thing the following Monday morning. My exchanges (hosen and shirt) were handled flawlessly and must have been turned around immediately upon receipt. Good email communication throughout the process. I got these for our (first annual?) Oktoberfest party next month (I'm a brewer, passable as a chef, and it just so happens that my birthday always falls during Oktoberfest) and a planned trip to Munich (und Umgebung) next September/October for the real deal (did I mention the synergy with my birthday?!), and I am already wishing for more excuses to wear these!

I was very impressed with the quality of everything in this package, especially for the price. Ironically, I was out shopping for lederhosen an hour away from my house only to be disheartened that the $300-$600 lederhosen that was available was not in my size. So, at a local restaurant in the area, I purchased this through Amazon, for about 3-4 times less than what it would cost me to piece it together individually. In short, I drove an hour to make an Amazon purchase! Anyway, this is real leather! This is a real woven shirt. This entire set is all authentic. I wear a size 40-42 pant and I ordered a size 44...I probably should've ordered a size 42 because it fits a little too big and will make my suspenders work overtime. I also ordered my shirt a size too large and this proved a good idea because it is still a bit tight in the chest (I have a fairly muscular chest/shoulders). Shoes fit me true to size. All of it is comfotable. I highly recommend this product.

First, let me start by saying the quality of the lederhosen is great. The material is durable Cow Suede (which most lower priced options are), and looks professional. The stitching is nice, and the quality of craftsmanship and style is good as well. Definitely doesn't feel or look cheap. The shirt on the other hand is just a standard shirt of somewhat basic quality and material. The shoes are your standard Oktoberfest costume shoes. So no complaints on the overall look and design of the product. Its a good product. HOWEVER, the down side is the fit. I am 5'10, 180ish pounds, with a standard 32" waist, and 10.5 size shoe - as average sizing as it gets. I have read various places online that say when buying Lederhosen you should size up as it often runs small with the size conversion. However, when I placed my order, I put in my sizes that I normally wear (as it asks you to do) thinking they would provide the correct sizing. When I received my order, they provided a 32" lederhosen, 44 shoes, and an XL shirt. Nothing fit. The lederhosen were extremely tight and hard to squeeze into. I understand that it's leather and will eventually stretch, but there was no way this was ever going to fit or be comfortable. I had no room in my legs/thighs and the waist was way too tight. The shoes were too small for my feet. And the XL shirt had orangutan arms that hung down way past my hands, but somehow still fit length wise on my torso. Not to mention that the shirt had a few tears out of the bag along some of the seams. The return process was quick and they sent replacement items as soon as I gave them proof of return shipping. The whole process was quick. Unfortunately the sizes they sent as a replacement were also not a good fit, as I was sent 36" Lederhosen and 46 shoes. So ultimately I ended up sending everything back for a refund. I am out about $30 in shipping as they do not reimburse you for your total amount for returns, but they did provide $10. Overall, if you can get the right sizing, they are a decent product with fast shipping and good customer service.

Great quality outfit. So authentic we won the best dress at our neighborhood Oktoberfest. Shoes separate this package from the others. Plus the pants are heavy authentic material. Fit tru to size.
