PowerhouseProducts COMP Cams POW101310 Deck Bridge (3 Hole)

This is a good, cheap deck bridge. I’ll note: it does NOT have the two side screws to clamp a caliper on the side if you don’t have a dial indicator. I figured it wouldn’t though, some pictures show it and some don’t; but just to clarify, it only had the 3 vertical holes for a dial indicator.Anyway, this is cheaper than the Proform model, and most blocks are aluminum these days anyway, so didn’t need the magnets.I’m happy with the purchase and it did it’s job at a great price point.

But the one that has magnets in it. I ended up adding the to mine after the fact, but it was cheaper.

Used it on a 5.9 CR Cummins to measure piston protrusion it’s wide enough to go across the cylinder it is not magnetic but that’s a good thing it shouldn’t be Price is high but it gets the job done and is very well made

I used this to measure deck clearance. NO, it does not have magnets, magnets are not needed and in my opinion could cause an unstable platform for measuring. this provided a steady and consistent point of measurement in order for me to determine the correct head gasket for a SBC 350. Thank You!!!

Worked great. Able to check deck height on Harley engines with no issues

The thing rocking when put on the flat surface. Needs to be sanded or filed down to make it still stable.

The unit worked Would help if it had magnetic base.

I am a technician and use the device most of the time to check piston protusion and height sleeve deck
