I really think this stuff is working. On the days when I forget to take my two pills in the morning, my butt tends to drag. If I've taken my pills though, I can tell the difference. I always say I want to workout during my baby's nap time, but then when it comes I usually "reward" myself by sitting down and watching a show or wasting time on the facebook. When I have my B-complex my motivation is ten times the usual and I actually get off my hinder and get crud done (you know, either working out or laundry). I try to take this by 10 am so I have the energy around noon. I kick myself when I forget because I don't want to take it too late in the day as it will keep me up at night.
