Dose it work with echo show

It do not work with echo show,but the bulb offers 12 types of static colors and 2 dynamic modes(Flash and Smooth). It can be the normal light bulb, mood light bulb, decorative bulb, party light bulb and etc.

How many brightness levels do these bulbs have?

Hello, These bulbs have 3 different brightness levels. They also vary since no matter which color you put it on, you can also control each level of brightness from low to medium to high. Nice too is the the gradual color 'changing mode' which you can also have adjustable to change at different levels. Best I like is that it has a timer, so anywhere from 1 hour to several you can set to go off automatically! I love these bulbs and bought another order as gifts which everyone enjoys! Can these be used in out door fixtures ?

Yes,Used these for my outside garage door lights. Pick the color you want and you are good to go. The one thing I loved about these is that you can program them for when they are on. I programmed them to come on at 9:00 at night and to go off at 6:00 am. They worked perfectly.

Are these synchronous? That is, if multiple bulbs are flashing different colors will they all begin flashing the same color after powering off/on?
