My husband and I wanted something to dry our non dishwasher safe items and didn't want something that took up more counter space. We ordered this and were able to cut to the size we needed to fit a portion of our sink. We, unfortunately, have a slope to deal with, but with the rubberized ends it stays put pretty good. I have noticed some discoloration from the wet items, but I'm sure I will be able to wipe that off. I would recommend this item.

The silicone is extremely soft, so no worries about scratching anything, and easily cut to desired length. The stainless rods are hollow, and will flex depending upon how much weight you place on them. I needed to shorten the length of the rods, which was easy to do with a small standard pipe/tube cutting tool.

Love love love this roll up rack! I can dry my dishes, or use it as a baking cooling rack, or my favorite use.... I can put it on my cold granite counter top to hold hot dishes, without cooling them down. Wish I discovered this product earlier!

That being said, this particular item with this particular brand, perfectly covers one half of my 2 basin sink,which is exactly what I was looking for and why I bought it. I like it so far. It's sturdy enough to (carefully) work on, as well as dry on, and saves space even when not in use.

Ordered this for my son who does not have a computer. He wanted it for a Christmas present for his sister. She really liked it--can't wait to use it.Love that it's stainless steel.

Definite aesthetic improvement over the plastic drying racks and more efficient use of space than the folding wooden ones. It's useful for drying dishes or draining veggies during preparation and creates a nice level counter extension for my tiny kitchen. Measure your sink, don't guess; you're going to want a little extra length to suspend this over a sink.

The size is big enough to cover a standard sink. Of course, it works well as a baking cooling rack and drain rack for fried foods, too. Very versatile.
