Decent batteries, great charger, usable monopod
I always carry a bunch of batteries when out on a video shoot with my dslr, as the last thing I want to tell anyone client or otherwise is that we have to wait to let some batteries charge which just wastes everyones time. The last thing I want to do is buy a bunch of Canon batteries at over fifty bucks a pop too. Even the Calumet ones are 40 dollars. These I have found are the best Canon alternative, as the maximal power ones while good, seem to get eaten up rather fast. And even though these don't last as long as the Canon's, I regularly get 2-3 hours out of them when shooting video as compared to the 3:30-4 hrs I get on a canon battery. Plus with the savings on price it's just a great overall deal. The charger does work well in the car and it charges the batteries fine when plugged into the wall. I've had some issues with other third party chargers needing some fiddling to get the battery to "lock" into place, but this one I haven't had any issues with. The monopod is cheap, but you don't really need anything better then this for basic work. It does it's job and is nice and light and easy to carry around.I didn't use the screen protectors.Lastly, I should mention that because these batteries are chipped as well you can always see how much life you have left on them, something that is super annoying when you don't have it, as you're always guessing when you'll be down and out. Watch out for that on LP-e6 batteries you get on ebay! Just buy them here!

Works great for 60D, not so much for 7D
I'm very happy with this kit with my 60D. The batteries work fine and I love having a backup charger (the added stuff are fine too; I don't really use any of it, but it's not bad.)These batteries are hit or miss in a 7D though. Sometimes they'll work fine, while other times "Err" will pop up on top when you try to turn the camera on and it'll stay off. Not a big deal since I don't own a 7D (I am using two on a feature I'm shooting now), but people with 7D (and I'm sure 5D) should know: it's probably safer to stick with Canon brand batteries. Though this price would probably be worth it just for the charger.

this is a great bargain!
I recently purchased a Canon 60D digital SLR camera outfit. I purchased this package to supplement it with extra batteries and a charger. This is a tremendous bargain for what you receive.First off, you will receive two Li-ion batteries that are rated 2300 mAh (versus the stock Canon battery rated at only 1800 mAh), a charger that will recharge off AC or 12V DC (with the included DC power adapter), plastic screen savers for your camera display, and a monopod -- all of this for less than what you would pay for a single Canon brand replacement battery! Everything arrives in manufacturer packaging -- no generic white-box junk from China here -- and everything except the batteries are Vivitar brand, which is a well-respected brand of camera equipment. The battery brand is Zeikos. The batteries charged up in the charger quickly, the charger gives a green light to let you know when their ready, and they work perfectly fine in my camera. Their bigger mAh rating means they will stay charged longer than the Canon battery. The monopod comes with a nice zippered carry case. Everything provided is much nicer than I ever would have imagined for the price of this package. This equipment package is a not just a bargain; it is a steal. Everything arrived from Butterfly Photo in perfect condition and well-packaged. If you are wanting an extra battery and/or charger for your Canon camera, look no further. You will be very pleased with what you receive.

Didn't last but three years
Got this a few days ago. The monopod is taller than I am, over 6' 2" and operates quite well and fits nicely in the case. The batteries absolutely can be read by the Canon 60D battery readout. The charging unit works fine in the house and car but shows only a red and green light to indicate charging and charged. That's OK. The screen protectors, ahh.April 12, 2014 - the charger stopped working about four months ago and will not charge anything. It shows a green light after you plug it in every time, even on a dead battery. My use of the charger was slight and it should have lasted longer.

Great Value! Highly Recommended.
UPDATE! Dec.06.2011---------------------I got a call from Butterfly Photo this evening and spoke directly to Joey (I think he's the owner ^_^). It was a pleasant conversation and I have to say I'm impressed at their excellent customer service as one of the batteries stopped sending info to the camera and he offered to ship out a brand new one to me free of charge :D For me that's what sets good companies apart from great companies. Great customer service guys! Love the products and I do HIGHLY recommend them to anyone from amateur to pro. Great products for a great cost and absolutely great service! Thanks Joey!!------------------------------The product pack was very good especially for such a low price. The batteries work wonderfully with my 60D and the added monopod and screen protectors are a big bonus. The monopod isn't of the best quality but it's pretty sturdy just don't put too much pressure on it or it mind bend slightly. All in all, I think it's a pretty good buy for anyone.

Crap!
Worked for about a year, then died and now won't charge, and the camera stopped accepting it. I will only buy batteries from Wasabi from here on out, if I don't buy the regular canon batteries, these are just like throwing money out the window.
