Battery did not work, and you cannot use Royal Mail to return bare batteries. I had to use DPD which cost me £10, but the seller refused to issue a refund for the return postage and claimed the battery was working just fine:"Upon receipt of your return, we have tested this product in house and found the prodcut to be fully operational and has charged with no issues".LIARS

I’d previously purchased random replacement laptop batteries and they didn’t last very long. This battery gives me the impression that it will be better value for money even though it was more expensive to start with.
