The lowest result is zero"0". If you are not in ketosis, it will show "0" or a value less than 0.5. If you are 0.5 or between 0.5 to 1.0, you are in nutritional ketosis. If you have additional questions, please contact Tech Support at 1-858-875-8000.

Q: I have had this for 6 months and it worked fine. went to use it today and i constantly get error code 4. i wasted 4 strips.

You are trying to put the drop of blood on it too soon. Wait for it to show it is ready before adding the blood.

Q: The description states 50 lancets however way further down is says you only get 10. Which is it and can you fix it for future buyers

Hello James, The control value ranges are listed on the side of the strip vial. They are not on the control vial. There are 3 ranges listed (0, 1 and 2). Look on the side of the vial of strips for those ranges. Sincerely, Bill
