Honest review. I purchased this for a very cold open floor plan bedroom with full /seating area.. It warms it up in under 15 minutes no problem. I highly recommend. However, keep in mind this is not necessarily a DIY. We had a difficult time getting it installed. Companies who do this wouldn't install it because we didn't buy it from them, even though they had the exact same model operating in their showroom. We saved over 2,000 just by purchasing it ourselves so no, I'm not going to buy it from them. We found a retired guy from the propane company to install and our builder followed the instructions to get it safely installed. Even though this model has instructions for installing, they aren't easy to understand. I've flipped houses and remodeled a lot!End of story: It works great. We love it. Just know what your getting into.
