This arrived in perfect condition. No nicks, chips or scrapes. When my husband initially put it together, he thought some pieces were missing because he thought there should have been 4 of the little door support springs to hold the doors on, but only 2 were needed since the bottoms of the doors have little bumpers that fit inside the holes on top of the bottom doors (good thing his wife is a genius and discovered this haha). It has a lot of storage room inside (I'll be using it for craft supply storage). It does seem like it could be a little tippy on carpet, so we will anchor it to the wall just for assurance. I highly recommend this cabinet.

I love the way it looks but it's not very sturdy. However if definitely holds enough shoes, 25 pair but I am a size 5 which is small. I would definitely buy it again

I like it a lot. It serves its purpose (a shoe storgage by our entryway). However, after only a month or two, the magnet that holds the cabinet doors shut is beginning to already weaken. The left door (top) is now not closing completely.

I didn’t really have high expectations because of the incredibly low price, but I was fed up with the shoe clutter and needed a quick/easy/inexpensive solution. First of all, it was filthy; the entire package (inside and out) was coated with a fine dirt/dust that was unavoidably all over my hands and carpet upon removal from the package. Some of the pieces were scratched and dented, but were on the inside of the assembly so it didn’t bother me too much. Only one bothers me and continues to bother me on a daily basis. The legs are plastic and absolutely hideous. Finally, it is incredibly unstable; every time I touch it I fear that it will collapse.If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Very poor quality.

This item is pretty decent for the intended purpose. It is sturdy enough to hold shoes and look old nice. It is particle board and not “solid wood” quality furniture, which for a shoe cabinet I believe is acceptable. The assembly was not too difficult. It took me about two hours and the instructions are easy to follow but do require attention to every little detail or it would be easy to make a mistake. I was given one wrong part as well but I called the company and they are shipping the correct part within 4 business days. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase for its intended use and expected quality for the price....

I was hesitant to purchase this based on previous reviews, but decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did—I assembled it by myself during my breaks at work (I work from home). Instructions we’re straightforward. I would advise make sure to pay attention to to illustrations if you’re unsure. I completed it in a few hours in between meetings, but probably could have finished it in 2 hours max uninterrupted. For the price it’s a solid purchase. I don’t expect it to pass this down to my children, but it’s a solid buy.FYI-The shelves are a bit shallow and I have to put my husband’s shoes to the side to fit his size 13 shoe, but that’s why we purchased the bigger cabinet. I haven’t come across a shoe cabinet with deep shelves after looking for months.

I purchased this to use in my craft area for fabrics and sewing supplies. I'm a 60 year old woman who put this together on her own. It took me a couple of hours, but I took my time and organized all my pieces before I started. I read these reviews about this being junk or not sturdy enough. Well, if you don't take your time, I suppose you could have junk when you finish. There's nothing wrong with this piece. Directions were clear and it is far from being unsturdy! I was missing one pin for the shelves, but picked up some at a local hardware store. I also added some glue to the dowels just to provide some extra strength. There was also comments about it being dusty and dirty. Well, let's see, anywhere wood is cut there will be dust, but guess what? It wipes right off and is really not a deal breaker. I really love how this turned out and it serves my purpose just perfect. I also ordered the smaller 2 door one as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love it so much. I added a motion night light, which worked perfect. I'm 71 years old so it took a bit longer to build. I highly recommend this piece.
