Problème de transport
Ce produit, excellent au départ, m'est parvenu à l'état de poudre alors qu'il doit être compact. Je suppose que c'est dû au brassage pendant le transport. Il est bien évident qu'il perd ainsi une bonne partie de ses qualités. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai ce problème avec des Panpastels achetés au détail.

Needs to be wrapped before sending
Pan Pastels are great products but the company needs to wrap them before they are shipped. Arrived with all the pastel broken. The company sent a second one straight away and it was also broken but not as bad as the first. These products are fragile like glass so they need to be wrapped before putting into a satchel.

Amazing quality
Amazing quality, amazing pigment. I'm using this on dolls, using aerosol sealant, and it does not disappoint. Pan Pastels are it for me. Expensive, but worth it.
