Let me start out by saying I was a bit skeptical about Red Light Therapy (RLT). I had heard a lot about RLT for a year or so and then Gary Brecka speak about it on Joe Rogan and I decided to give it a shot. I researched the best RLT device for the value and found BestQool 150 LED 240watt device on Amazon.I am not paid to write this review, just my honest opinion of a product that offers exceptional results.First, I grow plants indoors and have invested in high quality plant lights. The design and overall fit and finish of this light is superb and coincidentally, very similar to my high-end plant lights.Second, it was highly important to me to have a light that works in the 660nm & 850nm ranges as these were the most studied and validated therapeutic light ranges. My son is a chemist and has access to a light spectrometer. Our spectrometer read 660nm & 850nm for the RLT and infrared therapy settings respectively. So we were confident we purchased the perfect light. Peace of mind is everything!Then we set out to see if the light actually did what it claimed to do. Without getting too scientific, RLT is thought to excite the mitochondria into dropping Nitric Oxide and gaining an Oxygen molecule. When this occurs, the mitochondria (cellular power plant) becomes significantly more productive and produces 30 times more ATP. This equates to more energy! The body then uses this energy to repair things (muscles + bone), restore collagen to skin, and most importantly, reduce inflammation. To test this we purchased nitrogen test strips, essentially to test the nitrogen spilling off into urine and looked for changes before and after. **MAJOR CAVEAT** When we were well hydrated, about 1 hour after a 20 minute RLT session, the nitrogen test strip tested dark red to indicate high levels of nitrogen were present. When I preformed the test and was not well hydrated, the test strip showed red and only a moderate increase in nitrogen. Basically, we proved the light is doing exactly what it claims to do and was more effective when well hydrated.I have only had this light for 1 week and have not had enough time to report on results, but will keep the post active and report on actual results in the coming weeks and months. I can tell you anecdotally though, my energy is through the roof, I feel like my allergies have almost completely resolved (reduced inflammation??), my night leg pain is completely gone (this is a god send), and my quality of sleep has significantly improved.So far, I am amazed by the benefits of using this light for only 20 minutes a day. So far, the verdict is: THE BESTQOOL RLT UNIT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Bought the Bestqool Red Light Therapy after using another small facial product. The Bestquool is easy to use and time efficient with its larger light surface and more effective irradiation. Love that it is portable, durable and effective at a great price. Very pleased with my purchase.

The benifits of red light theropy is amazing. The list of what it dosent do would be shorter. After researching what company to choose, bestqool won out. Quality build, 3rd party testing, resonable pricing. I have only used it for a couple of weeks and recently incorporated methanol blue into the regimen. I already notice my sleep is better. I wake up more refreshed and my dreaming has increased dramatically or I am remembering them better. I am using it extra for a wound on my ankle(diabetic) which appears to be healing faster than it had been. I seem to be in a more upbeat mindset as well. I look forward using it daily. Time will tell if what I'm feeling is placebo or real improvents. The bq60 model is a powerful, portable and affordable model. I truly believe that RLT is the future of good health and I look forward to the new products that bestqool comes up with.

I have been using this panel for a little under a month to help with shoulder and lower back pain. So far it has helped tremendously and alleviated the sciatica that I was experiencing. I use it every other day for 10 minutes in each spot, and that seems to be enough. The instruction manual that it came with reads like it was translated from another language. It's still helpful and thorough, but I'm not sure about why the manual recommends the specific doses that it does.Good:Feels high quality.Works as it should.The NIR works (tested with my phone camera-- see pictures).Multiple set-up options (hanging or stand).You can use the NIR and red light together or separately.The timer and the countdown timer so that you have time to put your glasses on before the light turns on are great.Bad:I wish you could feel the difference between the buttons so you can control them when you can't see because you have eye protection on.I don't like that the bolts that hold the stand on stick out. It doesn't allow you to lay the panel down horizontally. You can unscrew the stand and do it, but then it's unstable and falls over very easily. You also can't put it at an angle if you do that. I need it to be able to work horizontally so I can lay on my side. This has been a little frustrating.I wish it came with more comfortable eye protection. The goggles dig into my skin and will probably cause eye wrinkles. I ordered better eye protection from Amazon. I wish I didn't have to do that.Overall I'm happy with this purchase and recommend it as a budget friendly option that works just as well as the big name and ridiculously expensive panels that you see on the market.
