This cream is a deep heat cream for relieving joint and muscle aches and sprains. I used it on my ankle which recently developed an ache between the inside ankle joint and the sole of my foot. The cream is an odd orange tint but otherwise has the consistency you typically expect. You need to massage it into the injured area until it’s completely absorbed. The directions recommend avoiding any broken skin.It works quite quickly; within 2-5 minutes. I noticed relief pretty much straight away. The strongest effect last about an hour with a 3 hour falloff. After 3-4 hours you may have to reapply the cream. For me it worked well; the pain went away and I didn’t really notice the warmth unless I stopped, relaxed and focused on the area.It’s a good cream. At $15 it’s a bit more expensive than I am used to paying but it does work.

Still early, I’ve used it 3 times.My thoughts - Great Product!!!SMELL - not overwhelming. Do not notice the smell during workout.HEAT - it works great. Have to keep in mind that to use it sparingly. Once your body temp is hot or sweating, you will feel the heat!PRICE - can’t complain. Given its performance so far. I’ve ordered another tube, just in case price goes up. 😂

I bought it to use before soccer game but it did nothing I was using a different product but I couldn't find it again so I gave it a try to this product but I just wasted my money because they wouldn't accept a return.

Just got this for my dad and me. He’s got pain in his knees and this body balm helps him feel 100% better all day long. I applied this balm on myself after pulling my back after going to the gym and FlexMotion worked immediately. I recommend this if you have any kind of aches and pains. Rest assured you’ll feel much better.

This cream provided a lot of "heat" for the muscle spasms in my lower back. Allowed me to move easier after using. Also used on my hands with arthritis gloves which really helped with the pain. Will buy again.

This is an amazing product, I have used the cream now for approx 2 weeks and my ankle pain gone.This product will work very well to elderly people with shoulder, elbow, knee or ankle pain. I will recommend this product to everyone, who has joint pain!
