The media could not be loaded. The Quality is not that goodReceived only 12 pots instead of 163 of them are damaged, in which 2 are total waste - because of packaging and delivery process I believePS: you won’t be able to replace even if you have everything, It just won’t allow you

Good product, packing could be better
The product was good however the packing could have been better. One of the pots was completely broken and there was no way I could return it individually.Pots look good and can accommodate a modicum sized plant.

Deceived by broken pot.
I had ordered two units of this product. One I opened which was good. The second unit was delivered next day. I thought it will be fine. But today when I opened the packet one pot was completely broken. I am very unhappy with this kind of service especially because I had ordered so many products earlier also. I feel cheated.

Strong and durable
I got 1 broken basket out of 12. But instead of that all 11 pieces seems to be durable and very strong. Also there are holes at bottom for inlet and outlet of water.Can be 5 star of there is no broken pieces.
