So much better than ordinary soft mass-produced wheat bread- as others have remarked and I agree, it can be a bit like Marmite, you either love it or you hate it (I love love love it). It’s very filling, very flavoursome, and sprouted grains are extremely good for you. I have it toasted or untoasted - both ways are delicious. The flavour is something I miss if I don’t have it for a while. Long sell-by dates mean there is no need to freeze as the bread is so well sealed it remains fresh for months. I recommend this wholeheartedly!

Simply delicious. Rye bread is like Marmite, you either like it or you don't, but for us fans this is nicely nutty and moist. Not very many sprouting seeds but digests very easily. The batch I bought appears to have an unopened shelf life of nine months.
