CJ Hetbahn Rice - White, Pre-Cooked, Ready-to-Eat, 7.4-oz (6 Count), Gluten-Free, Instant & Microwaveable

I know rice cause I grew up on it daily. This is not at all what reviews state it is. If you buy this rice, be careful of the cooking time. If you think you can reheat and eat the left overs...WRONG! The rice will be hard as a rock. But I can see how the convenience would be great but, don't compromise flavor for rock solid rice. (BTW: I cooked my rice about 10 seconds early just to test the 'softness, fluffiness' of the product. No good.)

Convenient rice, simply open it and microwave it. It tastes more soft than very thick, that I think is not bad. Microwave 1:30 probably not hot enough. May need more time? Since I just put it in my office incase I’m hungry. I guess it’s good though. The portion is enough to me. I normally don’t eat a lot. It maybe too less for men?

My first wife is Korean and I always loved Korean rice. I like that it's sticky and this is the closest I could find and best of all, it's gluten-free. Being a Type 2 Diabetic this is important to me. I'm very grateful. I'll probably order this for auto shipment going forward.

This is a sticky rice and it is great. heats quickly and the quality is excellent. I use for quick meals and when I want to mix a quick traditional stir fry or omurisa (omurice/Japanese) or even a bibimbap. I have also used in soups or added to store/tinned soups, along with other vegetables and meat to create a 'fresher' taste. Bought it once to try but it will be a staple in my pantry.

This stuff is great. So sticky, so yummy, so quick and easy. I’m super lazy and this is perfect for me. I know some reviewers mentioned a funny taste but I didn’t get that at all.

I originally found this rice in another item that had kimchi with it and loved the rice so much that I looked for just the rice. I love the texture and taste of this rice. I use it for several other dishes and it comes out perfectly every time.

The plastic seal was hard to open on the package I received, the thin top plastic layer came off first, it has been very annoying and usually doesn’t happen.
