These headphones were purchased as a replacement for my son's low budget steel series headphones, which have a broken band. The headphones, as another reviewer said, do not have tons of grip on the head, they do not squeeze your head too tightly and I imagine that if you tried to use them while cleaning or doing other activities that they will fall off your head. This is ok for my son, since he is going to be sitting and playing games while wearing these headphones.These headphones do sound good, we all know that there are way better headphones out there, but for the price you are in that price/sound area you want to be in. I use the steelseries siberia v2 headphones myself, and these sound around the same quality. It is disappointing that there is no mic mute to go along with the volume dial, but this is a deal breaker. The build quality looks a bit cheap: the cords are not very thick and the volume dial looks cheep. The ear pads are not very thick or padded.Overall these make a good replacement for the steelseries 3Hv2, which cost more money and offer roughly the same (if not a bit worse) quality. My son is happy with them and they work (others have had problems with them going out, hopefully this doesn't happen to us).To bottom line it for you, I would suggest picking these up for around 20-25 dollars, if you have to go into the 30 - 40 range you can look around and find the steel series siberia v2, which are miles more comfortable, possibly sound a tiny bit better, and have a great build quality for around the same price.

I bought this and after only 4 weeks of use the whole headset just stopped working, the microphone and the sound just stopped working so I emailed them for a repair and they said they would send me a new pair, I already ordered a different headset and the one they are sending me will just be backups or I might give them to another one of my family members, another problem was that the microphone has a sizzle which is quite annoying, when I put it on 10dB it has a sizzle when using skype or recording a youtube video, when I put it on 0dB it is just way to quiet and 20dB is too much sizzle, they aren't even comfortable when using for more than 1 1/2 hours they are to tight, this is good for temporary use like maybe if you need a headset urgently and you won't get paid till the end of the month they these are good because by the time you get paid, THEY ARE ALREADY BROKEN!

The headphone sound quality is awesome. Crystal clear, and the headphones rotate and adjust up and down to give just the right fit on your ears. My brother (who I also bought a set for) has a big head, and so they don't fit well on him without being stretched to max capacity - the way the wires attach to the headband is kind of a worry for him. However, if you have an average sized head you will be fine. The fit is wonderful and it's very comfortable to wear. The headphones don't sit on the ear or rub up against the ear or squeeze the temples - they fit around the ear and are very soft and comfortable. They are not noise cancelling or very muffling at all, but for me it's very nice to be able to hear what's going on around me at the same time as my music. Honestly, I don't think there's much better you can do for headphones.Now, the mic is not excellent. It makes my voice sound a little nasal and it didn't come with a pop filter. Sometimes there's a clicking noise, although that may be on the software end. It's a decent mic for gaming and chats, certainly. I can understand myself and hear my voice clearly enough to know what I'm saying - it's just not so flattering for the voice.All in all, I am glad to have bought these for my brother and myself, and I just bought a third set for a friend of mine. They are very nice overall.

Because once you upload money to those gift credit cards, because money is valuable though im sure you know that with your pyramid scam still in place, theres NO un-uploading that money from the card. theres no ADDING to it once the card has been bought, and thanks to your entirely bogus ''product'', if I don't find a product matching the EXACT price listed under your product, it doesn't go through, and the money continues to sit there and if it does for a whole month, day by day money is extracted from it by law by the company who put out this card, doesn't matter how much I tell amazon that your running a Ponzi scheme, you've utterly deadlocked the money under less than negative circumstances.Im glad it got refunded from you as you deserve to have with everything you ''sell'', but if you would just be honest, these kinds of things wouldn't happen. honesty.Didn't answer back once to inquirys before this review, nothing. just silence. to e-bay..

It is pretty good for the money ,mic works still and pretty clear on teamspeak and that and sound is pretty good.

My son is really pleased with it for the price etc.

Als Headset genutzt versteht man gut und wird auch gut verstanden, dafür ist die Audioqualität sehr gut. Musik hören geht auch, aber die Qualität ist nur mittelmässig, also nichts für hohe Ansprüche, für zwischendrin mal ist es ok.Das Headset ist bequem zu tragen, meine Ohren werden nicht umschlossen, dafür sind die Ohrmuscheln minimal zu klein. Bequem ist er aber trotzdem und langzeit tauglich.Mein Headset habe ich 2016 gekauft, und seit einigen Monaten fängt die obere Schicht der Ohrmuscheln an, abzublättern. Es gibt lauter kleine Krümel, die ich dann erst auf dem Kopfkissen bemerkt habe, sie bleiben in den Haaren hängen und fallen irgendwann runter... woher kommt das denn, fragt man sich erst mal.Es wäre schon, wenn man die Ohrmuscheln austauschen könnte, denn das Headset ist zu schade, um es deswegen zu entsorgen.Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne, sonst ist es für den Preis eine Empfehlung.
