Remove the lens cap
Works great for the kids room. She loves it. Picture is great considering some of the other reviews. Perhaps they didn't remove the lens cap...

Disappointed
I knew I was buying something on the low end, but I thought it might work for family movie nights in our living room. It won't. The picture was blurry, and the colors were muted, at best. I tried to adjust the settings, but nothing worked. I am returning it and will just spend the money to get something better.

Will only work with my fire stick. Won’t usb Will show it connected but wound work from phone. Bought the lightening charger still wont work.
