I love this pan. I use it for wokking. You can cook oil free if desired. Easy to wipe clean. Removable handles means it takes less room to store and can be popped into a hot oven. Useful for dishes that get seared on the hob and are finished in the oven.

Also zum Schmoren und Braten top, nichts backt an, etc. Aber die Griffe werden an der Halterung nach einigen Spülmaschinengängen brüchig.

Die Pfanne ist eigentlich nicht schlecht. Sie hat eine ähnliche Form wie ein Wok, und gute Eigenschaften was das Braten betrifft. Allerdings. ist nach kurzer Zeit die Dichtung des Griffes am Deckel kaputt gegangen. Der Deckel dreht sich, wenn man ihn anhebt. Nach einem Jahr sind die Griffe an der Pfanne kaputt gegangen. Sie sind einfach an der unteren Seite abgebrochen.

J'ai offert cette sauteuse à ma maman qui a 79 ans. Elle n'avait jamais eu d'objets de cuisine de cette qualité de sa vie, et elle m'appelle depuis à chaque fois qu'elle l'utilise. C'est trop mignon, elle est toute fière d'inviter ses amis chez elle pour leur servir quelque chose de délicieux qui ne brûle pas. Et depuis, on parle recettes tous les dimanche au téléphone. J' habite aux États-Unis, elle viens de déménager dans une residence adaptée aux personnes de son âge, cette sauteuse de qualité était un cadeau de bienvenue et je n'était pas sûre de sa portée. Une réussite totale :)
