Perfect option instead of tinting
This is good at blocking the sun out of my car and keeping it cool. The stickiness of the tape is super strong. I can still see through them when I drive. Overall these worked out great and fit my window well.

Great for camping!
I purchased these to use on a camping trip where I planned on sleeping in my SUV. It turned out to be a rainy, buggy weekend, so they definitely came in handy.I have a 5th gen (2010- present) 4Runner, and these fit the back doors very well. I had the windows cracked all weekend, and not only did thye keep the bugs out, they also helped to prevent water from getting in. Note that this was a misty/drizzle type of rain, I wouldn't expect these to be as effective against a downpour. However when combined with window vent visors, they worked well in light rain. They fit very snuggly, and I noticed that they go on one way. If you try to install and the fit seems off, try flipping them over. One side is cut with a slant, as most car doors seem to be.That said, I do not think these would work on something with a square rear door, like a crew cab truck, Suburban, or 4 door Wrangler.

Okay so far for the price
I got this for a road trip around Florida. I have a 2001 Toyota Rav 4, and these do in fact fit well on the rear windows. I'm not sure how long these will hold up, as the construction seems pretty light, and the material gets squeezed pretty tightly between the doors and the frame. It's more like a mesh cloth material than a screen, so that's one reason I have concerns about durability. It also means the airflow is probably more constricted than most screens or bugnets. However, it did allow for a decent amount of airflow during warm evenings, which was my main concern. I'ts not clear to me how snugly these fit along the bottom of the windows, and I wasn't in a high-mosquito area, but it did appear to keep most bugs out.Beyond that, the material definitely provides greater shade/privacy when installed. However, they're pretty dark, and very hard to see though, so I wouldn't keep them on while driving. If you do, you need to be very careful to constantly check the larger blind spot it creates. Move very slowly in parking lots, etc. But best just to remove these before driving. All in all, appears a decent purchase so far for the money. I liked being able to get some breeze while sleeping in my Rav4, and it did make a big difference in that regard. We'll see how they hold up over time. But if I can get a couple/few years worth of use for this price, I'll be pretty happy. (Actually a decent price even for a one-time trip.)

Back good, front bad
For some reason Amazon isn't allowing me to write separate reviews for the rear and front shades. TL;DR loved the rear, hated the front.Obviously depending on your car, YMMV. But for me, the front car window shade did NOT fit my window well as you can see in the picture. Because it leaves a large gap, which I understand why, it doesn't block the sun all of the time either. It also makes it difficult to see my sideview mirrors. The back shades fit perfectly and covered everything. The whole back is much darker and cooler. There are two major cons, namely one is of you don't take it down when it rains, it will get wet inside. The other is that it makes it extremely hard to see outside. But IMO the protection from UV rays and heat provides is worth the two cons.

Great quality
Good product, it is dark blocks the sun great. Only thing is a little distracting when trying to use back windows to see. It’s like a net but good quality and dark.

must have for kids !
Bought this for my car and my kids NEVER complain about sun bothering their eyes ! (Unlike they do in their dad’s car ! Which are already installed window shades w/ the car model he owns.. So easy to put on, durable .. does easily stretch out and will flap in the wind (outside the car) but who cares lol…

Fits a Ford Escape perfectly. Better quality then expected!!
Main reason I bought these were to keep bugs out of the car while at a drive in movie, and also added privacy. Also thought they would be good for camping out and sleeping in my car. Works well for that and so much more. Love them more then I expected. Works great as a sun screen for the babies, and also keeps the wind of an open window from blasting them in the face too hard. Had many, many compliments/comments, and everyone wants to know where they can get them. A big hit with parents looking for sun screens that don't get messed up when u roll down windows. I've had them in use for about a month or longer, and have not had any rips or snags. Even with a younger person putting them on, and sliding it down hard on the pointy part of the door, didn't cause a rip. I'm surprised by the quality. I expected them to be like panty hose material, but they are surprisingly heavy duty for what it is. Definitely thicker and more flexible then a tent screen. Even after being on for a while has shown no signs of wear. Has been in rain, sun, and wind. When it rains they dry pretty quick once u drive for a min. Inside wasn't wet, so it didn't wick inside or anything, so was happy for that. As for the fit, I think these will fit a lot of different vehicles. Fit my Ford Escape perfectly, which is a medium-ish sized SUV. I bought just the back door set, to try them out, and ended up buying another set for the front. I bought a back door set for my front doors, as I didn't want the open gap that the front door set has. My intentions for these was a screen for bugs, so the gap was not needed. I believe it is there so you can see out your mirrors, but I didn't plan on driving with them on the front (although I have driven with them on the front, and I will say, you can see, but it is definitely harder and not recommended) I drive with them on the back windows all the time, and have had no issues with visibility, as I don't need the back windows as much to drive. The visibility is not much different then any other sun screen you would apply to your cars windows. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, and would/have recommend to a friend :)

car window shade
It's a little small for the car window and doesn't stick completely.
